Gisele Caroline Bündchen (born 20 July 1980) is a Brazilian model,occasional film actress and goodwill ambassador for the UN EnvironmentProgramme.In the late 1990s, Bündchen became one of the first in a wave of Brazilianmodels to find success. In 1999, Vogue magazine dubbed her "The Return of the Sexy Model" andshe was credited with ending the "heroinchic" era of modeling.
